Mung Bean Pudding Recipe

Material:
  • 250 gr green beans, soaked overnight and steamed until tender
  • 1000 cc thick coconut milk
  • 250 gr sugar
  • Egg white 150 cc
  • 2 packs for white
  • brown food coloring
  • salt to taste
Method:
  • Boil all happy except the green beans to boiling
  • Beat the egg whites until thickened
  • Enter the material that has been boiled into the beaten egg whites
  • Enter the green beans
  • Prepare the mold and then wet with water until evenly
  • Take some white dough and put into pan as the base material
  • Enter some new chocolate dough and white dough
  • Finally enter the chocolate batter on top.
  • Chill in refrigerator
  • Serve after hardening.

Recipes Spice Black Pepper Chicken Wings

Material:

  • 12 pieces of chicken wing top (mini drumstick)
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • cooking oil
  • Seasonings:
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 30 g onion, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons black peppercorns, crushed slightly refined
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon bottled chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Method:

  • Toss chicken wings with lemon, garlic and salt until blended.
  • Let stand for 30 minutes until the spices to infuse.
  • Fried chicken wings in hot oil until slightly browned and a lot. Drain.
Seasonings:

  • Saute onion until fragrant.
  • Enter pepper, oyster sauce, chili sauce and salt, stirring until boiling. Lift.
  • Place the fried chicken wings in a heat resistant container.
  • Sprinkle with seasonings.
  • Bake in hot oven for 20 minutes.
  • Remove and serve warm.
